Overview
Sharing enables your team to collaborate with internal stakeholders on vendor meeting preparation, helping you to get the most value out of your vendor meetings and reducing the need for follow-up meetings. This feature transforms meeting preparation from an individual activity into a collaborative workflow that leverages cross-functional expertise and Abra’s AI capabilities.
Meeting Sharing
When preparing for a vendor meeting, you can invite internal stakeholders to contribute questions and context, even if they won't be attending the meeting itself.
To share a meeting preparation:
- Navigate to your meeting's Prepare tab
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner
- Choose your sharing method:
- Copy Link: Share the link with existing Abra users — these are team members who have full licenses to work in Abra
- Invite by Email: Send invitations to internal stakeholders — these are collaborators on your team who do not otherwise have access to the Abra app


Invitation Methods
Dashboard Users
- Full access to all meetings in Abra by default
Internal Stakeholders
- Can view and contribute to the specific meeting they're invited to
- After being invited, these team members will retain access to the history of meetings they are invited to, allowing them to see AI meeting summaries, recordings, and answers to any meeting prep questions
Managing Access
