Abra enforces a structured user management policy to ensure only authorized users have access to the platform and appropriate permissions. This document outlines how users are invited, roles are assigned, and permissions are enforced within the Abra platform.

📍 Accessing User Management

Only users with the Admin role can manage users and assign roles. If you are an admin, you will see the Manage Users option under the Administration section of the dashboard.

👥 Viewing Current Users

Once in the Manage Users section, Admins can view all users in the tenant, including their assigned roles, invite status, and whether they are currently active.

➕ Inviting a New User

To invite a new user, click the Invite New User button.

In the modal that appears, fill in:

🔐 Role Definitions

Role Description
Admin Full access to manage tenant settings, users, and role assignments.
Editor Can view and edit platform content. Cannot manage users or tenant settings.
Basic View-only access to platform content. Cannot make changes or manage users.
