Abra enforces a structured user management policy to ensure only authorized users have access to the platform and appropriate permissions. This document outlines how users are invited, roles are assigned, and permissions are enforced within the Abra platform.
All team members can view users but only users with the Admin
role can manage users and assign roles. You will see the Team management option under the Settings section of the dashboard.

Once in the Team section, Admins can view all users, including their assigned roles, invite status, and whether they are currently active.

To invite a new user, click the Invite New User button.
In the modal that appears, fill in:
Then select the appropriate Role Assignment (Admin or Member).
Complete user details and select appropriate role assignment.
Role | Description |
---|---|
Admin | Full access to manage tenant settings, users, and role assignments. |
Member | Can view and edit platform content. Cannot manage users. |
