Overview
Meetings are the central hub for vendor communications captured by Abra's Meeting Bot. This comprehensive interface provides procurement teams with instant access to meeting summaries, complete transcripts, commitment tracking, and collaborative preparation tools—transforming recorded meetings into actionable intelligence.
Accessing Meeting Overviews
Navigation:
- From the main Meetings dashboard, click on any completed meeting
- Navigate via vendor profiles to view specific vendor meeting history
Prerequisites:
- Meeting must have been recorded by Abra's Meeting Bot
- Transcript processing must be complete (typically 1-2 minutes post-meeting)
- User must have appropriate permissions for the given meeting
Meeting Tabs
The Meeting Overview interface is organized into four distinct tabs, each serving specific workflows and user needs: Overview, Trancript, Commitments, and Prepare.
- Overview Tab: Provides an AI-generated executive summary of the meeting with key decisions, action items, and strategic insights for quick understanding and stakeholder communication.
- Transcript Tab: Contains the complete meeting conversation with AI-powered Q&A functionality, allowing users to ask natural language questions about the meeting content and get instant answers with transcript references.
- Commitments Tab: Focuses on vendor and internal commitments identified during the meeting, with AI-powered recognition and manual verification workflows for tracking obligations across four categories: Sales, Performance Guarantees, Service Level Agreements, and Other.
- Prepare Tab: Enables collaborative meeting preparation where team members can collectively add questions, share with stakeholders, and ensure comprehensive coverage of critical topics before vendor meetings.
